She excels at aligning vendor ecosystems with institutional strategies and has managed high-risk vendor portfolios exceeding $170M annually. Known for her ability to translate complex challenges into data-driven strategies, Sucheta focuses on enhancing the student experience while achieving cost savings and operational improvements. With a strong background in change management and cross-functional leadership, she holds an MBA and multiple certifications in change management, corporate ethics, six sigma, and project management, and is dedicated to fostering long-term partnerships
Consulting Team
Our consulting team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement operations, and stakeholder engagement across higher education and mission-driven organizations. We support institutions throughout the vendor lifecycle—strengthening contract and SLA governance, improving vendor performance, managing escalations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives—while also advising leaders on strategy, communication, and change management.
